Refund policy
Return Period
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Items purchased during final sales or clearance events are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer via email about the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 14 days.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@crep-a-coer.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs for these cases.
This policy complies with Italian consumer protection laws (D.Lgs. 206/2005 - Consumer Code), including the right to withdrawal within 14 days of purchase and a refund, provided that the products are returned in good condition and are not part of final sales or promotions.
