Shipping Costs

  • Standard ITA: €10.00 EUR.
  • Standard EU: €15.00 EUR.
  • Standard Extra EU: Shipping costs outside Europe vary depending on the destination country and will be agreed upon before placing the order. Please contact us before proceeding to checkout.

For non-EU countries, the total cost will be clearly indicated before completing payment.


Delivery Times

Standard ITA:

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
    • Italy: 1-3 business days.
    • Islands and remote areas: 3-5 business days.
  • Deliveries are not made on public holidays or weekends.

Standard EU:

  • Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the availability and logistics of the BRT courier.
  • Deliveries are not made on public holidays or weekends.

You will receive an email with shipping details and a link to track your package.


Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment in real-time on the website of our partner courier, BRT:
www.brt.it.


Delivery Methods

  • Home Delivery: The shipment will be delivered to the address provided during purchase.
  • Pickup Points (PUDO): You can choose to have the package delivered to one of the designated pickup points, and you will receive a notification as soon as it is available.

What to Do Upon Delivery

  • Check the package: Upon receipt, verify that the package is intact. In case of visible damage, accept it "with reservation" and contact us immediately.
  • Report issues: For damages or issues not immediately visible, you have 8 days from the receipt of the goods to report them. Write to us at info@crep-a-coer.com.

Delivery Areas

  • We ship throughout Italy, including islands and remote areas, as well as Europe.
  • For international deliveries, please contact us before completing your order.

Undelivered Packages and Redelivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to the recipient's absence, a notice will be left, and the package will be held at the courier's depot. You can:

  • Schedule a new delivery.
  • Pick up the package at the indicated depot.

Any storage fees will be charged to the customer.
